Christopher Ness

Christopher practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business, commercial lending, and wills and estates law.

Christopher assists individuals and businesses with the purchase, financing and sale of businesses and commercial and residential real estate. In addition, he advises clients on the structure and governance of their businesses, including incorporation, corporate reorganizations, preparing shareholder agreements, leases and other commercial agreements.

Another aspect of Christopher’s practice is advising individuals on estate planning, including preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and representation agreements. In addition, after an individual has passed away, Christopher guides executors and administrators through probate and administration applications. He ensures that his clients feel at ease, particularly when dealing with potentially emotional and unfamiliar decisions.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Christopher had a career in hotel management with leading and luxury brands. Christopher combines the skills and experience he gained during those years with his legal skills and experience to proactively provide effective, timely solutions to his clients’ needs through excellent, anticipative service.
