Jack Buchan presents at the Federal Court of Appeal and Federal Court Education Seminar, in Ottawa, Ontario

On May 23, 2014, at the Federal Court of Appeal and Federal Court Education Seminar, held in Ottawa, Ontario, Jack Buchan presented on Transport Safety Board issues: confidentiality, protection of witnesses, rights to counsel, relative immunity (professional ethics).

It was the last presentation for the day in this seminar, sponsored by the National Judicial Council and the Canadian Maritime Law Association (“CMLA”).
